Unlock your inner artist and cultivate emotional well-being.

About

Step into a world of creativity and connection with our In-Person Art Wellness Workshops. These workshops provide a nurturing environment where individuals can nuture their creativity, learn new art techniques, de-stress, explore their feelings, and build community with others on a similar journey.

What to Expect: In our in-person sessions, you will participate in a variety of art-making activities—such as collage, painting, movement alongside visual art, and mixed media—under the guidance of a Board Certified Art Therapist. All necessary materials will be provided, allowing you to focus on the creative process without worrying about supplies. No prior artistic experience is necessary; this space is for everyone to create freely and authentically.

Benefits of Participation:

  • Emotional Release: Art-making serves as a powerful outlet for emotions, helping you articulate feelings that may be difficult to express verbally.
  • Enhanced Self-Awareness: Through creative expression, you will gain insights into your thoughts and emotions, promoting a deeper understanding of yourself.
  • Community Connection: These groups foster a sense of belonging and connection, allowing you to share experiences with others in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Who Can Join: Our In-Person Art Wellness Groups are open to adults (18+) seeking to enhance their mental well-being, navigate life transitions, or simply explore their creativity. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or looking for a creative outlet, our workshops are designed to meet you where you are.

Upcoming Workshops: Check our Eventbrite page for details on upcoming in-person workshops, dates, and registration information.
