I work with people of all ages who have challenges related to known or suspected neurodivergence. Challenges experienced often include exaggerated or muted emotional responses, social navigation confusion or awkwardness, sensory over/under-responsiveness, rigidity and comfort with routine, difficulty with transitions or change, fidgetiness and constant need to move, difficulty listening & maintaining focus, poor memory, difficulty initiating non-preferred tasks, and intense anxiety.
I also specialize in play therapy, I create a safe, nurturing space where children ages 2-11 can explore, grow, and thrive. I understand that every child’s journey is unique, especially when navigating challenges like ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, OCD, or grief. Through playful, engaging sessions, I help children build their confidence, develop crucial skills, and find their own special ways to shine.
Parents, you’re not alone in this journey. I’m here to support you too! Whether through parent coaching or joint sessions with your child, we’ll work together to develop strategies that bring more harmony to your family life. My approach focuses on strengthening executive functioning, fostering social connections, building self-esteem, and helping your child manage anxiety, obsessive thoughts, or emotional challenges.
My extensive training as a Certified AutPlay Provider and Child-Parent Psychotherapy specialist, along with certifications in autism, anxiety, and ADHD treatment, allows me to offer comprehensive support tailored to your family’s needs. I bring both expertise and heart to our work together.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me crafting, solving puzzles, or spending time with my three cats. I’m passionate about supporting children and parents through therapy, coaching, and consultation.
